Recruitment Administrator/Resourcer
Brentford
Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience
Our client is a rapidly expanding labour supply agency/training provider. They are now looking to recruit a confident Recruitment Administrator/Resourcer to join their business.
The best part about this role, you don’t need to have recruitment or resourcing experience, so a perfect step in to high volume recruitment.
Role & Responsibilities
Administration
Initially, you will be on your own in the office and responsible for the following:

- Liaising with the Contracts Managers
- Ensuring all open roles are advertised everywhere
- Dealing with all operatives applying for jobs
- Ensuring all operatives tickets/paperwork are in order
- Sorting out payroll details
- Inputting timesheets
- Taking calls from clients regarding bookings
Recruitment
- Searching for candidates from their system and job boards
- Importing candidates onto their in-house database
- Registering candidates
- Preparing CVs ready to be sent out to clients
- Importing documentation onto their in-house system
- Sending job specs to candidates
- Answering calls as and when positions are advertised
