Warrington | ⏰ Full-time (Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week)

Kinaxia is growing - and we're looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to help us attract and hire great people across our Group.

In this role, you'll play a key part in building talent pipelines, supporting hiring managers, and delivering a high-quality recruitment experience. While your primary focus will be on Class 1 Driver recruitment, you'll also support wider hiring across our business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, particularly for driver roles
  • Source and engage candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and proactive search techniques
  • Screen applications, ensuring candidates meet role requirements (licences, right to work, background checks)
  • Coordinate interviews, assessment days, inductions, and onboarding activities
  • Create and manage job adverts via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates in a competitive market
  • Keep recruitment data and candidate records up to date and accurate
  • Support recruitment reporting and performance tracking (e.g. time-to-hire, pipelines)
  • Manage recruitment inboxes and candidate queries professionally and efficiently
  • Support recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives
  • Champion careers in logistics and act as a proud ambassador for Kinaxia

  • Experience in recruitment, resourcing, talent acquisition, or recruitment administration
  • Experience recruiting within logistics, transport, or warehousing (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly
  • Organised and detail-focused, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience using ATS systems, job boards, and MS Office
  • A proactive, flexible approach with a team-first mindset
