Recruitment Resourcer – Permanent Role
We’re looking for a candidate-focused recruitment professional who wants to join a global organisation—could this be you?
As part of our growing recruitment team at Corin, we’re hiring a Recruitment Resourcer to work permanently. This role supports the global team of recruitment specialists by managing the candidate side of the recruitment process.
What You’ll Do
You’ll:
- Review applications and source suitable candidates across various platforms.
- Conduct initial calls and full telephone interviews to prepare high-quality shortlists for the Recruitment Specialists.
- Partner with Recruitment Specialists to develop an understanding of vacancies and skill requirements.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, including writing job adverts and posting roles on social media.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates to attract talent for vacant positions.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator and Resourcing Manager to schedule interviews.
- Maintain strong communication on recruitment activity, challenges, and employer branding initiatives.
- Accurately maintain recruitment data in ATS (Dayforce).

What We’re Looking For
We need a proactive candidate resource specialist with:
- Experience in a candidate-focused resourcing role (recruitment agency or internal talent acquisition).
- The ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies for a wide range of roles.
- A commitment to ethical, consultative, and transparent recruitment with best-practice adherence.
- Strong moderation skills, able to handle multiple vacancies in a fast-changing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A detail-oriented, flexible, and reliable approach with problem-solving abilities.
- A strong work ethic and adaptability.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with databases.
You’ll enjoy a hybrid working model (after training and probation):
- 3 days onsite at our global headquarters in Cirencester.
- 2 days from home.
