Location: Clifton, Bristol BS8
Salary: Competitive basic salary (depending on experience) + discretionary annual bonus + birthday leave in addition to annual holiday entitlement.
Join a Leading Specialist Legal Recruitment Consultancy We are a successful and well-established specialist legal recruitment consultancy based in Clifton, Bristol, working with some of the UK's most respected law firms and placing Solicitors and Partners nationwide. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys candidate sourcing, relationship building, business support and working within a high-performing, professional environment.
The Role Working directly with senior consultants, you will play a vital role in identifying and engaging high-calibre legal professionals, supporting recruitment campaigns and helping deliver an exceptional service to both clients and candidates. This is a varied position combining recruitment resourcing, candidate management, administration, marketing support and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities • Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates for legal vacancies across the UK. • Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess suitability for opportunities. • Build and maintain relationships with Solicitors, Associates, Senior Associates and Partners. • Prepare professional candidate profiles, CV presentations and client correspondence. • Coordinate multiple interviews and prep candidates for interview • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, enquiries and correspondence. • Advertise vacancies across multiple recruitment platforms and social media channels. • Maintain accurate records within the CRM and recruitment database. • Assist with marketing initiatives and business development projects. • Support credit control and debt recovery activities where required. • Assisting with HR matters as and when

Essential Requirements Previous recruitment experience is essential. To be successful in this role, you must have: • A proven background within recruitment, recruitment resourcing, talent acquisition or executive search. • Experience sourcing and engaging candidates through databases, job boards, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • A confident and professional telephone manner. • Strong organisational and administrative abilities. • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. • Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and CRM/recruitment systems. • A proactive, positive and commercially minded approach. Experience recruiting within the legal, professional services or executive search sectors would be highly advantageous but is not essential.
