Recruitment Resourcer – Education Sector
Salary: £26,600 - £33,800 + uncapped commission with no threshold

The Role: Recruitment Resourcer
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our consultants and ensuring we place the best talent in the right roles by:
- Selling TeacherActive’s services, you will resource, recruit, and conduct registration interviews for outstanding candidates within the education sector.
- Build lasting candidate relationships to stay on top of candidate availability and develop market knowledge.
- Collaborate with the sales and compliance teams to ensure all candidates are onboarded compliantly and provide a seamless booking experience.
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while meeting KPIs and targets.
- Network with local colleagues, universities, and job centres while attending recruitment fairs and expos to support candidate attraction.

Working Hours
- Term time: 7:30–16:30 / 8:30–17:00 (flexible start/end options available)
