Recruitment Resourcer – FMCG Division

Nottingham (NG7 2UL) | Office-based | Early Finish Fridays

Salary - up to £32,000 DOE

We’re working with a well-established and ambitious consultancy specialising in the Food & FMCG manufacturing sector across the UK. With over a decade of success and a strong, loyal client base, they are now looking to hire a Recruitment Resourcer to support their growing division.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business where consultants are busy, roles are live, and there’s genuine earning and progression potential from day one.

The Opportunity

You’ll work closely with experienced consultants, supporting delivery across a wide range of FMCG roles while building your own knowledge of the market.

You’ll be sourcing candidates for roles including:

  • Production & Operations Managers
  • Technical & Quality professionals
  • Engineering & Maintenance roles
  • Warehouse & Logistics staff
  • Hygiene & QA teams
  • Finance professionals
  • Sales roles within FMCG
  • Manufacturing roles at all levels
  • Senior & Board-level appointments

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
  • Building and managing candidate pipelines within the FMCG sector
  • Screening and qualifying candidates
  • Supporting consultants on live vacancies
  • Managing candidate relationships throughout the process
  • Keeping CRM systems updated and organised

  • Previous agency recruitment experience which includes sourcing candidates is essential
