Recruitment Resourcer and Administrator
Location - Quest Employment Northampton
Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
Pay rate - £13.50 per hour
Hours - 8am-4.30pm / Monday to Friday
We are currently seeking a confident and organised Recruitment resourcer and administrator to join our busy industrial recruitment branch in Northampton town centre. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into a career in recruitment, with full training and long-term progression available for the right candidate.
The Role
As the first point of contact for our branch, you will play a key role in delivering a professional and welcoming experience to all candidates and visitors. This is a varied position combining front-of-house responsibilities and resourcing with essential administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting candidates who visit the branch
- Handling general enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
- Registering new candidates and carrying out compliance checks
- Conducting ID verification and right-to-work checks
- Supporting payroll administration
- Assisting with candidate resourcing for current vacancies using job boards and social media
- Monitoring social media for the branch and creating adverts
- Maintaining accurate records and database updates
About You
- Friendly, approachable, and have an excellent professional manner
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills – must be confident face to face and answering the phone
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment – no two days in the branch are the same and the ability to adjust is essential
- Keen interest in building a career within recruitment – this is a great entry level role for a candidate who would like a career with us
