Location: London (Hybrid Working) Salary: £28,000–£32,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Our client, a market-leading recruitment agency specialising in the economic and technology sectors, is seeking an ambitious and driven Recruitment Resourcer to join their growing team in London. The Opportunity

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting recruitment campaigns across a range of economic and technology-focused positions. You will work closely with consultants and clients, managing candidate pipelines and ensuring a seamless recruitment process from sourcing through to placement.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the full recruitment lifecycle, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by both personal success and team achievements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels.
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and qualification calls.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate feedback.
  • Support consultants with vacancy management and recruitment campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM and applicant tracking systems.
  • Develop a strong understanding of client requirements and market trends.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to placement.

Requirements

  • Previous experience within recruitment, talent sourcing, or candidate resourcing.
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and results-driven.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop.
