Our client, a market-leading recruitment agency specialising in the economic and technology sectors, is seeking an ambitious and driven Recruitment Resourcer to join their growing team in London. The Opportunity
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting recruitment campaigns across a range of economic and technology-focused positions. You will work closely with consultants and clients, managing candidate pipelines and ensuring a seamless recruitment process from sourcing through to placement.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the full recruitment lifecycle, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by both personal success and team achievements.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and qualification calls.
- Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate feedback.
- Support consultants with vacancy management and recruitment campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM and applicant tracking systems.
- Develop a strong understanding of client requirements and market trends.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to placement.
Requirements
- Previous experience within recruitment, talent sourcing, or candidate resourcing.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and results-driven.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop.
