Recruitment Resourcer – Perms Division

Abbatt Property Recruitment is an award-winning specialist agency placing top talent across London's residential property sector - and we're looking for a switched-on, proactive Resourcer to join our Perms team.

You'll work closely with our Division Manager, learning the market from the inside and building a strong database of top candidates for our Perms desk. As you grow in confidence, you'll start picking up real accounts to manage yourself - with genuine progression into a full consultant role down the line.

Our Perms team focuses on concierge, security, property management and building manager roles, taking a consultative, relationship-first approach with clients and candidates alike.

What you'll be doing:

  • Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media and your own network.
  • Building and maintaining our candidate database.
  • Screening CVs and running initial candidate calls.
  • Writing standout CVs and bios for client presentations.
  • Supporting interview coordination and candidate prep.
  • Getting stuck into client meetings and networking as you grow into the role.
