Recruitment Resourcer / Delivery Consultant
Sectors: Utilities, Data Centres & Renewable Energy
Fourblue Recruitment is growing and we’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in our Pantiles, Tunbridge Wells office.
This is a delivery-focused role, supporting consultants across live roles in the utilities, data centre and renewable energy markets in the UK and Europe.
The role
You’ll be responsible for the candidate side of the recruitment process, including:

- Sourcing and engaging candidates across technical disciplines
- Screening, qualifying and managing candidates through the process
- Managing compliance, right-to-work checks and documentation
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and candidate ownership
About you
- Recruitment resourcing or delivery experience
- Organised, detail-focused and confident with candidate engagement
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-led environment
- Interest in engineering, infrastructure, or energy markets
