Recruitment Resourcer – White Collar Construction Newcastle (NE13) – Hybrid / Flexible Working Up to £32,000 base salary + uncapped commission
We’re working with a growing recruitment business that launched its Newcastle office last summer and has already built strong momentum within the white-collar construction market.
Due to continued growth, they’re now looking to hire a Recruitment Resourcer to support an experienced consultant - with a clear progression path into managing your own desk longer term.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys the candidate side of recruitment but is ambitious and wants to develop into a full 360 consultant role in the future.
The Opportunity You’ll initially focus on: Sourcing and headhunting candidates across the white-collar construction sector Supporting live permanent vacancies Building candidate pipelines and talent networks Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process Working closely with experienced recruiters and learning the market

What They’re Looking For Recruitment experience in any sector (resourcing/delivery experience absolutely considered) Someone proactive, organised and confident speaking with candidates Ambition to progress into a consultant/360 role over time Strong work ethic and willingness to learn A collaborative, down-to-earth personality Construction recruitment experience isn’t essential.
