Location: London
Salary: £31,000 + Bonus + Full Permanent Benefits Package

Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract top talent using LinkedIn, social media, job boards and cutting-edge recruitment technology
- Conduct candidate interviews and screenings
- Build relationships with candidates and understand their career aspirations
- Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and identify suitable candidates
- Manage candidate registrations and maintain accurate records
- Complete compliance and pre-employment checks
- Support the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
- Identify new business opportunities and market intelligence
- Assist the wider team with administration and sales support activities
- Deliver an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients
