AgileSource are hiring! We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with experience in a resourcing or delivery role within recruitment (agency or in-house).

Role Purpose

To identify high-quality candidates across ITSM, cyber, digital transformation, and PPM roles; manage them through screening, interview coordination, and onboarding; and ensure a smooth, professional experience that reflects AgileSource’s values and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Identification

  • Proactively search for candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and niche communities.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for high-demand roles (Cyber, Security Cleared, ITSM, Architecture, PM/BA).
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess suitability, motivation, and fit.

Interview Coordination

  • Arrange interviews with candidates and clients, managing diaries and logistics.
  • Prepare candidates with briefing notes, role insights, and expectations.
  • Ensure feedback loops are tight, timely, and documented.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
