Alchemy is looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Resourcer or Recruitment Consultant to join one of their fast-developing international recruitment divisions.

Joining the global recruitment team, you'll be responsible for...
- Sourcing talent for client opportunities by networking, CV search sites, LinkedIn and our internal database
- Contacting and screening candidates for suitability for roles
- Building professional networking, marketing and advertising via social media
- Presenting candidates' talent profiles, highlighting skills and experience
- Developing new international client business in existing and emerging markets
- Registering new talent and recording information on our internal database
- Formatting CVs and presenting candidate applications for job opportunities globally
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process with candidates
- Delivering in-depth candidate interview preparation
- Maintaining relationships with candidates by regular contact via both telephone and email
- Contacting candidates to sell niche sector job opportunities
- Registering new candidates and recording data on our internal database

Skills and experience required:
- Authenticity, we want personality and passion
- Keen desire to learn, develop and progress – promotions are waiting!
- Prior experience within Recruitment or Talent Acquisition is preferred (not essential)
- Self-motivation with the desire to succeed
- Great organisation and multi-tasking skills
- Confidence is key!
- Excellent IT skills using Microsoft Office and social media sites
- A degree-level qualification is preferred but is not essential
