Salary & Benefits
£26,800–£32,500 (experience dependent) + uncapped commission + excellent benefits
About the Role
Looking to kick-start a career in recruitment? Acceler8 Talent, part of the Understanding Recruitment Group, is growing and we're seeking ambitious Recruitment Resourcers to join our sourcing team.
You’ll work closely with experienced consultants and established clients, helping to deliver top talent across specialist markets including:
- AI
- Machine learning
- Quantum computing
- Emerging technologies
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and engaging candidates
- Building talent pipelines
- Managing candidate relationships
- Supporting the recruitment process (from initial outreach to placement)
