We're on the hunt for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy Temps team - helping bring brilliant candidates through our doors and out into some of the best property companies around. It's fast-paced, it's social, and honestly, it's a lot of fun.
What you'll be doing:
- Posting ads and searching for candidates on the main job boards
- Shortlisting candidates and picking out the stars
- Conducting interviews
- Managing onboarding and compliance to get candidates working
- Building relationships with candidates that keep them coming back to you

What we're looking for:
- A genuine people person - someone who loves being on the phone and talking to people in person
- Some customer service or sales experience (resourcing experience even better but all training will be provided)
- Driven, ambitious, and hungry to build a proper career, not just take a job
- Someone who thrives in a busy, buzzing environment
