Job Title: Recruitment Sales Executive
Location: Harrogate
Salary: £27,000 - £40,000 base salary + uncapped commission (£90,000 OTE)
Hours: Monday to Friday with an early finish on a Friday!

Our forward-thinking client, based in Harrogate, is seeking a Recruitment Sales Executive to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. You'll be part of a business that has already achieved exceptional success and is now entering an exciting new phase of growth. They're looking for a personable, high-energy individual who's eager to make an impact and grow alongside the company.
Key Responsibilities Of Recruitment Sales Executive
- Source and attract candidates for live vacancies using internal databases, specialist job boards, and LinkedIn.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with candidates to ensure an exceptional match to client vacancies.
- Support candidates throughout the recruitment process, offering interview preparation and advice.
- Assist with CV formatting and presentation to ensure candidates' profiles stand out.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial engagement to offer stage and onboarding.
- Provide feedback to both clients and candidates at every stage of the process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in internal databases.
- Proactively promote job opportunities to new and existing candidates.
- Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and culture.
- Advertise job vacancies effectively across multiple platforms.
- Attend meetings with candidates and clients to strengthen working relationships.
- Participate in networking events to source new talent and expand market knowledge.

Skills Required
- Previous experience within Recruitment or Sales is essential.
- A proven track record of winning and developing new business.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ambitious and target-driven, with a passion for delivering results.
- Confident communicator with a professional and engaging telephone manner.
- Hardworking, resilient, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.
In return, you'll receive a competitive base salary between £27,000 and £40,000, depending on experience, along with an uncapped commission structure offering a realistic OTE of £90,000+.
