Recruitment Opportunities – Resourcing Partners and Resourcing Coordinators (Temporary) | London, Glasgow or Cardiff | Hybrid Working
Working Pattern: Full-time, hybrid working (1 day per week in the office, Monday to Friday)
Contract Type: Temporary
We're expanding our recruitment team and are looking for talented recruitment professionals to join us in a range of exciting temporary opportunities. We currently have: 2 x Resourcing Partners 2 x Resourcing Coordinators
Working together as one team, our Resourcing Partners lead recruitment campaigns and stakeholder engagement, while our Resourcing Coordinators provide essential operational support to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Resourcing Partner Day Rate £320 – £350 per day (Umbrella) Rates are location-dependent, with the higher rate applying to London-based assignments to reflect London weighting.
About the Role As a Resourcing Partner, you'll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment campaigns, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver outstanding recruitment outcomes. You'll provide expert advice, develop attraction strategies and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Conduct scoping meetings with stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising through to interviews and offer stages. Develop and implement selection methods, including assessment centres and psychometric approaches. Create and deliver recruitment management information and campaign reporting. Build strong relationships with stakeholders through a consultative approach. Implement direct sourcing and innovative attraction strategies.

What We're Looking For Essential Proven experience as a Resourcing Business Partner or Recruiter operating in a fast-paced environment. Strong track record of delivering recruitment targets and KPIs. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Advanced IT skills, particularly Excel and reporting. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience delivering direct recruitment campaigns. Desirable Previous experience within the Civil Service or another highly regulated environment.
Resourcing Coordinator Hourly Rate £14.95 – £16.89 per hour Rates are location-dependent, with the higher rate applying to London-based assignments to reflect London weighting. About the Role Reporting into and supporting the Resourcing Partners, the Resourcing Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring recruitment campaigns run smoothly. You'll provide high-quality administrative and coordination support across multiple vacancies in a busy, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and administer recruitment activities with accuracy and attention to detail. Prepare candidate packs prior to advertising. Upload vacancies and candidate packs to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Issue recruitment packs and applications to hiring managers following advert closure. Work with hiring managers to schedule sift and interview activities. Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process. Support Resourcing Partners to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully.

What We're Looking For Essential Significant experience coordinating recruitment activity within a high-volume environment. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Strong organisational and prioritisation skills. Good understanding of personal data management and compliance requirements. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office; SharePoint experience is advantageous. Desirable Previous experience within the Civil Service or another highly regulated environment.
