We’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist

We’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across the Territory, helping us attract, assess and hire great talent to support our operational needs.

This is a fast-paced, highly visible role where you’ll partner closely with our Operations team and People Business Partners. Your primary focus will be on recruiting for General Manager and Deputy General Manager roles across a defined group of territories, while remaining flexible to support wider hiring as business needs evolve.

If you enjoy building strong stakeholder relationships, finding creative solutions to hiring challenges and delivering a great candidate experience from start to finish, this could be a brilliant next step.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partner with Operations teams and People Business Partners to understand hiring needs, territory challenges and local talent opportunities
  • Manage vacancies and candidate flow through the ATS, ensuring roles are set up correctly and pipelines are actively progressed
  • Screen and assess applications against behavioural and experience criteria using a consistent, values-led approach
  • Proactively source candidates through databases, networks and direct approaches, particularly for hard-to-fill and priority roles
  • Coordinate the full hiring journey, working closely with candidates, operational teams, and L&D teams to support offers and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate ATS and People System records, ensuring documentation is compliant and ready for new starters
  • Work collaboratively with the wider recruitment team to improve ways of working, share best practice and support continuous improvement initiatives

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
