Are you an experienced recruiter looking for the opportunity to genuinely shape and improve how a business attracts talent?
We're partnering with a highly successful and growing technology organisation seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to take ownership of their recruitment function and drive meaningful improvements across talent acquisition.
This is far more than a traditional recruitment role. You'll become the internal recruitment expert, partnering with hiring managers across a wide range of specialist technical and corporate functions, whilst helping to introduce new processes, tools and best practice.
The Role
You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to offer and onboarding, whilst acting as a trusted adviser to hiring managers across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across technical and corporate functions providing an outstanding service across a variety of specialist technical areas of recruitment including engineering software, Geology, and Engineering.
- Partnering with specialist hiring managers to define hiring requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Direct sourcing and talent attraction for specialist and hard-to-fill positions.
- Managing external recruitment agency relationships and improving supplier performance.
- Delivering vacancy briefing meetings and interview training for managers.
- Supporting assessment centres and graduate recruitment campaigns.
- Improving recruitment processes, governance and hiring best practice.
- Contributing to the implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Providing market insights, recruitment data and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.

About You
We're keen to speak with recruiters who have:
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Internal Recruitment, Recruitment Business Partnering or Talent Partner roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience working with recruitment agencies and external suppliers.
- Direct sourcing and candidate attraction experience.
- Confidence managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- A passion for improving processes and creating positive candidate experiences.
Ideally, you'll have experience recruiting within technical, engineering, technology or other specialist skill markets.
