The Opportunity
This is a genuine leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to influence strategy, drive business growth, and develop a high performing recruitment team.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Leading by example through your own successful 360 recruitment desk
- Building and growing the London team through hiring, coaching, and mentoring
- Driving business development and strengthening client partnerships
- Supporting consultants to maximise performance and achieve their goals
- Developing recruitment strategies within specialist technology markets
- Working closely with senior leadership to support the growth of the business
- Creating a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on quality and success
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines strong recruitment performance with natural leadership qualities.
You'll ideally have:
- Proven experience within a 360 recruitment role
- Experience leading, mentoring, or developing recruiters (or a clear desire to step into leadership)
- A strong track record of business development and client management
- Experience recruiting within IT, Technology, Digital, ERP, Engineering, or another specialist market
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A commercial mindset with the ambition to help grow a successful business
- A hands on approach and the ability to inspire those around you
