We're looking for an experienced Recruitment professional to play a pivotal role in growing and leading our London office. The Opportunity

This is a genuine leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to influence strategy, drive business growth, and develop a high performing recruitment team.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Leading by example through your own successful 360 recruitment desk
  • Building and growing the London team through hiring, coaching, and mentoring
  • Driving business development and strengthening client partnerships
  • Supporting consultants to maximise performance and achieve their goals
  • Developing recruitment strategies within specialist technology markets
  • Working closely with senior leadership to support the growth of the business
  • Creating a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on quality and success

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines strong recruitment performance with natural leadership qualities.

You'll ideally have:

  • Proven experience within a 360 recruitment role
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or developing recruiters (or a clear desire to step into leadership)
  • A strong track record of business development and client management
  • Experience recruiting within IT, Technology, Digital, ERP, Engineering, or another specialist market
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A commercial mindset with the ambition to help grow a successful business
  • A hands on approach and the ability to inspire those around you
