Recurring Services Co-Ordinator
Role: Service Deal Specialist / Recurring Services Co-Ordinator
Location: Livingston, Scotland (Kinly operate a hybrid culture, allowing for a mix of office/home working - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in Livingston Office)
Salary: Negotiable dependent on skills and experience, plus large company benefits

We now have a new opportunity for someone to join our highly collaborative Service Contracts Team, to assist the Kinly Account Managers in supporting the growth of Kinly recurring revenue contracts, both new and established.
New service contracts are built from a defined service catalogue, with pre-defined pricing guidelines – and put together to meet specific customer and/or tender requirements.
This role covers large customer contract renewals, which involve the creation of service proposals from client standard service offers and are priced based on defined pricing strategy.

Key responsibilities:
Increasing new service business, being proactive in responding to requests and owning the opportunity for the service business within Kinly Work with Kinly Account Managers to price new service opportunities; creating service proposals from the existing service portfolio using pricing guidelines and ensuring the approval process is followed, and customer deadlines are met Work with 3rd parties, customers and other Kinly stakeholders to price service elements of tender responses, clarify customer's requirements for service entitlements & meet deadlines for submission to meet customer requirements Maintain an accurate pipeline within Kinly sales environment Provide accurate monthly reporting on activity in agreed reporting template Support the contract renewal process for enterprise customers, creating draft proposal and pricing
Skills & experience:
Experience working in a fast-paced sales or contract management environment Experience with tender responses preferred Strong commercial awareness Excellent word and excel skills, working knowledge of functions for both applications required Excellent written English and numerical skills Strong proof-reading skills Strong attention to detail Good customer service skills Being able to think ‘Outside the box’
