Student Marketeer (London-based) – Red Bull UK

Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Student Marketeer to be based in London.

As a Red Bull Student Marketeer, you will be part of the world’s most dynamic and empowered brand ambassador program. You will learn about Red Bull’s consumers while driving our brand image and product understanding on your campus and in your region. Act as the entrepreneur of your own University, leveraging your network, campus knowledge, and creativity to reach and excite new consumers through innovative tactics—including features on the Red Bull Mini, retail sales, and campus partnerships.

This role is ideal if you’re seeking a flexible, part-time student job to kickstart a career in marketing and sales—all while working with a brand known for daring, empowering energy.


Key Responsibilities

Represent the Brand (Online & Offline)

  • Wear and promote branded clothing while representing Red Bull.
  • Drive the Red Bull Mini for off-campus assignments, increasing brand visibility.
  • Conduct product sampling at strategic events—the right place, at the right time.
  • Engage with consumers online through social media and in offline discussions, answering questions.
  • Ensure unforgettable brand experiences at Red Bull and supported events.

Build & Execute Marketing Campaigns for Your University

  • Identify and execute marketing opportunities specific to your university.
  • Leverage your campus network, collaborating with student associations and key campus stakeholders.
  • Ανα域 all important university events, using creative activations to connect Red Bull with student moments (e.g. micro-creators, student orgs).
  • Expand Red Bull’s social media reach through university-based influencers and initiatives.

Collaborate with Sales

  • Work with the sales team to identify new distribution points (e.g. campus shops, events).
  • Grow Red Bull sales via enhanced in-store execution and joint promotional activities.
  • Use Red Bull outreach assets to boost product visibility on and off campus.
  • Participate in special sales missions, e.g., retail stalls, festivals, or graduated mini drives.

Executional Excellence

  • Maintain high attention to detail and presentation—brand image matters.
  • Fulfill all responsibilities from approved tools/materials (e.g., branded assets).
  • Report activities accurately and timely via the dedicated online hub.
  • Share innovative ideas collaboratively with the team, both in person and online.

Essential Requirements

  • Passion for Red Bull: Understanding of and conviction in what defines the brand.
  • Energetic personality: Charismatic, positive, excels in conversation—epitomizing the Red Bull spirit.
  • Deep knowledge of student life: Firsthand immersion in your university’s culture, hidden hotspots, behind-the-scenes dynamics.
  • Promotional commitment: Willingness to represent Red Bull while working on the Mini.
  • Strong campus influence: Ability to connect and partner with local opinion leaders and groups.
  • Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Long-term interest: Desire to develop a career at Red Bull, with clear potential for future opportunities.
  • U.K. Driving licence: Must hold a full UK driving license.
  • University background: Must be currently enrolled at The University of London School of Economics.
