Red Offal Team Leader
Red Offal Team Leader – Dunbia (Dungannon)
About the Role
Working as part of our existing Slaughterhall team, we are looking for a Red Offal Team Leader who will report to Slaughter Hall Management and oversee the processing of Red Offal at Dunbia (Dungannon) Primary.
This role plays a critical part in supporting the Company’s future growth, ensuring operational efficiency while upholding the highest standards of quality and food safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily supervision of the red offal production and packaging process, ensuring production targets are met within tight timescales
- Ensuring correct quantities, labelling, and temperature checks are met in line with regulatory standards
- Conducting yield data analysis to maintain and improve standards of efficiency
- Monitoring and replenishing stock levels within the store to prevent shortages
- Maintaining the store room to a high standard of cleanliness and organisation
- Escalating key issues to Slaughter hall management for effective resolution
- Upholding and promoting high standards of quality and food safety
- Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed consistently

Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and numerical ability
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication ability
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
- Determination to consistently deliver high standards to ensure customer satisfaction
- IT Literate with proficient use of Microsoft Office
