Red Offal Team Leader
Red Offal Team Leader – Dunbia Dungannon
Reporting to: Slaughter Hall Management
We are expanding our existing Slaughterhall team and require a dedicated Red Offal Team Leader at Dunbia (Dungannon) Primary. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to operational excellence while supporting the company’s future growth.
About the Role
As Red Offal Team Leader, you will oversee the processing of red offal at Dunbia (Dungannon) Primary. This involves ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and food safety while actively driving improvements in productivity.
Responsibilities
- Proactively supervise daily red offal production and packaging, guaranteeing targets are met within schedule
- Ensure correct labelling, quantities, and temperature adherence for all processed products
- Perform yield data analysis to maintain and enhance productivity standards
- Monitor and replenish stock levels as required to avoid shortages
- Maintain a clean, organised storage environment
- Escalate key operational issues to Slaughter Hall Management
- Promote high food safety and quality standards at all times
- Establish clear communication while upholding company policies and procedures

Requirements
- Precisely attention to detail and numerical proficiency are essential
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both independently and as part of a team
