Red Team Specialist – Mid & Senior

Salary: £55,000 - £90,000 per annum
Location: Hampshire x3 days per week

We’re looking for multiple Mid and Senior level Red Team Specialists to support the buildout of a Red Team function. This opportunity offers the chance to work alongside highly skilled specialists, conducting sophisticated red team operations, adversary emulation activities, and offensive security research against complex and mature environments. You'll play a key role in helping organisations understand and strengthen their resilience against real-world threats.

Red Team Specialist – Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute full-scope red team engagements against advanced and mature target environments.
  • Develop and adapt custom tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) to emulate realistic threat actors and bypass modern security controls.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance bespoke offensive tooling and implants to support operational objectives.
  • Conduct intelligence-led adversary simulation exercises and targeted assessments.
  • Deliver clear technical reporting and communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Red Team Specialist – Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading and executing multi-phase red team operations beyond traditional penetration testing activities.
  • Strong software development skills with experience creating offensive tooling in languages such as C, C#, Rust, Go, or Python.
  • Deep understanding of Windows and Linux environments, including authentication mechanisms, trust relationships, and defensive technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with an adversarial mindset, demonstrating persistence, creativity, and adaptability during complex engagements.
  • Eligibility to obtain, or currently hold UK clearance, alongside willingness to commute to a secure office location as required.
