About Us

Here at Beryl, we have a clear vision: to build a better world by getting more people in cities moving sustainably.

Our aim is to be the UK's leading micromobility company, delivering sustainable, shared schemes to UK communities. As the only B-Corp micromobility operator, we care about community, safety, the environment, and effective design.

Beryl is growing nationally, and now is the most exciting time to join our team.

The Role

We are looking for a talented and versatile Redistribution Driver to carry out the redistribution of our bikes, e-bikes and e-scooters. You will become a key component of the team by helping to deliver Beryl’s Bike and E-Scooter share across Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole and Dorset.

Our Redistribution Driver & Field Operators will be responsible for keeping the wheels moving on our bikes, e-bikes and e-scooters. You will need to be conscientious, flexible and have a can-do attitude. Most importantly, you will be making yourself invaluable to the scheme and the community. You will have a wonderful opportunity to work within one of the country’s most exciting e-scooter / cycle scheme providers, and take an integral role in our Operations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
