HSBC UK Customer Redress delivers high quality redress to ensure customers are not disadvantaged, delivering good outcomes to our customers. The Customer Redress Project Teams are collectively responsible for working with stakeholders to discover and define impacted customer scope and to design and deliver timely communication and redress payments to those customers, ensuring that quality plans and project artefacts are created and projects delivered in line with governance and policy requirements. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Redress Project Manager. Redress Project Managers are involved at all stages of the project lifecycle and, supported by Business Analysts, will own or oversee project scope, design, along with external and internal communication through to operational customer redress delivery. Redress Project Managers lead a squad responsible for the scoping of a number of redress projects, supporting and overseeing global project resource and/or delivery and design of redress projects. They lead or take ownership of project activities within the HSBC UK Customer Redress team, driving activity through the project lifecycle and ensuring redress projects are delivered within timeline and budget, in line with regulation and the Customer Redress Rulebook. In this role you will: Leads a team of redress project specialists, providing clear direction, oversight and support. Sets the project delivery approach and secures stakeholder alignment on plans, commitments and change impacts. Oversees end-to-end delivery, balancing scope, timelines, communications and risk. Defines resourcing requirements, roles, responsibilities and delivery schedules. Operates within agreed project governance, controls, procedures and quality assurance standards. Applying the relevant methodology and leads, motivates and empowers the team as required. Builds and maintains effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Provides timely reporting on progress, risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies to relevant leadership and governance forums, recommending actions to support decisions and benefits realisation. Ensures delivery remains aligned to wider programme objectives for redress, including agreed timelines and interdependencies. To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: Strong understanding of the HSBC UK Project lifecycle and wider project lifecycle. Proven track record leading large-scale projects and running multiple projects concurrently. Excellent written and verbal communication with Strong attention to detail. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration. Confident, risk-based decision-making. Strong problem-solving with pragmatic solutions. Knowledge of risk management, governance and control frameworks. Good numeracy and ability to analyse/interpret data. Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
