We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and hardworking Refit Merchandiser to join our Store Transformation team at B&M!
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and take pride in transforming stores, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting transformation project. This is a full-time, field-based role with regular travel and overnight stays where required.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting store refits and refurbishments across our South East stores
- Implementing planograms and ensuring products are displayed to company standards.
- Moving stock safely around the store and replenishing shelves following new layouts.
- Installing promotional displays, POS and pricing to ensure stores are ready for opening.
- Working alongside Store Managers and wider project teams to deliver refits on schedule.
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety throughout each project.
- Ensuring every store is presented to the highest standard before handover.

What You'll Bring:
- Previous experience in a retail environment is essential
- Previous experience in store refits is desirable.
- A practical, hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel and stay away from home when required.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to lift and move stock and fixtures safely.
