Permanent Full Time

Monday to Friday

Up to £42,250 (inc car allowance)

One of the UK’s leading apprenticeship providers is looking for a passionate Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Learning Coach to join their growing team.

You’ll be supporting learners on their Level 3 Refrigeration and Air Conditioning apprenticeship, helping them achieve their full potential, while working out in the field and delivering training onsite in Manchester.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver high-quality coaching and training sessions onsite in Manchester for refrigeration and air conditioning apprentices.
  • Travel and meet apprentices in their workplace and carry out coaching sessions.
  • Support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey, ensuring they meet milestones and achieve their qualifications.
  • Manage your own caseload of learners, ensuring timely progress and they meet deadlines.
  • Take responsibility for planning and managing your own diary effectively.
  • Provide constructive feedback and capture evidence for learning, achievement, and compliance with Ofsted and funding requirements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Extensive refrigeration and air conditioning experience, ideally from working in the industry and/or with a training provider.
  • Someone who loves sharing knowledge and wants a role that combines fieldwork with learner support.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage workload effectively.

Desirable

  • Coaching or Assessor qualifications (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33).
  • Knowledge of government-funded training.
