Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Tutor (Full Time Teaching role)
Ref: July / August start
Location: Wythenshawe, Manchester
Salary: up to £42,250
Hours: Permanent Full Time 37 hours per week Monday to Friday plus 34 days holidays (inc bank holidays) to start rising to 43 after year 5

One of the UK’s leading apprenticeship providers is looking for a passionate Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Tutor to join their growing team.
You’ll be teaching learners (classroom – site based) on their Level 3 Refrigeration and Air Conditioning apprenticeship curriculum, helping them achieve their full potential.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality teaching/training sessions onsite in Wythenshawe, Manchester for refrigeration and air conditioning apprentices.
- Take responsibility for planning and managing your own diary effectively.
- Provide constructive feedback and capture evidence for learning, achievement, and compliance with Ofsted and funding requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive refrigeration and air conditioning experience, ideally from working in the industry and/or with a training provider.
- Someone who loves sharing knowledge and teaching and wants a role that combines fieldwork with learner support.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage workload effectively.

Desirable:
- Teaching, Coaching or Assessor qualifications (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33).
- Knowledge of government-funded training.
- Level 3 or 4 Refrigeration and Air Conditioning – If you don't have these qualifications but have significant industry and teaching experience, my client will support with gaining these qualifications.
