Experience: Experience in supermarkets, transport refrigeration, commercial systems, HVAC, or chillers is welcome. No supermarket experience? No problem—full training on our equipment and safety protocols will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair refrigeration assets (display cases, freezers, cold rooms, chillers, packs, condensers)
  • Diagnose faults using engineering skills and monitoring systems (RDM, Monika)
  • Ensure compliance and documentation
  • Collaborate with store teams to reduce downtime

Required:

  • NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or relevant experience)
  • F-Gas Category 1 certificate
  • Electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
  • Strong customer focus and ability to work independently
  • Full UK driving licence
