Pure Renewables Commercial provides Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning services to the Renewables Energy Sector, helping clients decarbonise in line with local, national and global targets.
Due to continued growth we are looking to expand our existing team in the West London area (covering the Uxbridge M40/M4 corridor)
Overview of role and level of responsibility
Reporting to the Service Manager your role will be important in ensuring effective commissioning and service of equipment within large capital renewable energy projects.
Specific tasks and deliverables
- Refrigeration commissioning experience / strong service background using natural refrigerants and the latest controls for heat pumps and refrigeration plant
- Perform service and maintenance tasks and compile comprehensive reports on observations.
- Conduct spare parts installation and service inspections following established procedures.
- Execute investigations and troubleshooting as needed, providing written documentation of findings.
- Perform testing and commissioning of equipment, ensuring all relevant documentation is completed.
- Always maintain safe working practices and adhere to Health & Safety policies.
- Provide continuous feedback on market conditions for overall business benefit.
- Conduct all activities in a way that ensures the health and safety of oneself and colleagues.
- Represent the company on-site with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Foster strong relationships with customers.
- Contribute to business growth in line with specified targets.
- Identify opportunities within the customer base for service sales.
- Develop relationships with prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Demonstrate technical knowledge to achieve successful diagnosis of faults
- Flexibility in attitude towards problems and meeting work demands

Key skills and experiences
- Experience in working on CO₂ and HFC / Hydrocarbons and refrigeration systems is essential full training provided for heat pumps in house.
- A ‘can do’ attitude and self-motivation is crucial in this role.
- Flexibility in working hours and travel requirements is needed.
- Must be IT literate and hold a full clean driving licence.
- Must have excellent organisation and communication skills
