Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Tutor
Location: Wythenshawe, Greater Manchester
Job Type: Temporary, Ongoing
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 4:00pm
Rate: £50 per hour
TR2 Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Tutor to join a well-established training provider in Greater Manchester. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity with an immediate start and an excellent hourly rate.
This role involves delivering high-quality training to apprentices, supporting them throughout their learning journey and helping them develop the skills and knowledge required to succeed within the Refrigeration & Air Conditioning industry.
The Role
- Deliver engaging Refrigeration & Air Conditioning training to apprentices.
- Support learners to achieve apprenticeship standards.
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure teaching is engaging, compliant and meets awarding body requirements.
- Maintain accurate learner records and documentation.

The Ideal Candidate
- Experience teaching Refrigeration & Air Conditioning within Further Education or Apprenticeships.
- Good understanding of apprenticeship standards and delivery.
- Relevant Refrigeration & Air Conditioning industry qualifications.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Passionate about supporting learners to achieve their full potential.
Teaching qualifications are desirable; however, if you have the right teaching experience and industry knowledge, support may be available to achieve Level 3 and Level 4 teaching qualifications.
