Refrigeration Technical Manager
UK Wide
£80,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical solutions and consultative sales support to customers with temperature-controlled requirements
- Work closely with commercial teams to ensure successful project delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Represent the business at customer meetings, site visits, and industry events across the UK and Ireland
Package:
- Total package £98,000
- Salary £80,000 per annum
- £8000 Performance Bonus
- £10,000 car allowance
- 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays

What You’ll Need:
- Previous experience in a Technical Sales Manager, Technical Manager, Specification Manager, Contracts Manager or Commercial Refrigeration role
- Strong commercial refrigeration knowledge
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide technically sound commercial solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the UK.
