Refrigeration Technician – DairyFlow (Trusted GEA Dealership)
About the Role
DairyFlow is a trusted GEA dealership and approved supplier of Mueller cooling equipment, delivering advanced dairy technology and expert support to farms across Scotland. We specialise in the installation, service, and maintenance of milking equipment, automation systems, and milk cooling solutions, collaborating closely with dairy producers to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and compliance.
We are now seeking an experienced Refrigeration Technician to join our skilled service team.
Responsibilities

Carry out routine servicing and maintenance of:
- Bulk milk tanks
- Cooling systems

Diagnose and repair:
- Faults in refrigeration units
- Associated electrical systems

Respond to on-site breakdowns swiftly and efficiently

Install:
- New refrigeration units
- Upgrades to existing systems

Handle refrigerant in compliance with F-Gas regulations

Maintain:
- Accurate records
- Service reports

Provide technical support and advice to:
- Farmers
- DairyFlow team

Participate in a shared on-call rota for emergency breakdowns
Your Profile / Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
✔ Qualified Refrigeration Technician (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent) ✔ F-Gas certification ✔ Experience in:
- Agricultural refrigeration (preferred)
- Dairy refrigeration (preferred)
- Commercial refrigeration (preferred)

✔ Full UK driving licence (or equivalent) ✔ Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach
