The Duchy of Cornwall – a dynamic future-focused landed estate dedicated to creating positive impact for people, places and the planet - is looking for a Regeneration Project Manager to deliver improvements to the Duchy’s commercial portfolio, public spaces and community initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a varied programme of property-led and place-based projects that will play a key role in shaping the town’s next chapter.
- Coordinate projects from concept through to delivery, collaborating with colleagues, consultants, contractors and the local community to deliver improvements to the Duchy’s commercial portfolio, public spaces and community initiatives.
- Help to ensure each project creates lasting social, environmental and commercial value for Princetown.

Salary: £60,000 per annum.
Contract and Hours: Fixed Term (18 months), Full Time.
Location: Dartmoor Office, Princetown, Yelverton, Devon, PL20 6QF.
