About the Role
The Duchy of Cornwall is a future-focused organisation with an ambition to make positive and tangible impact in the places we operate in. We’re passionate about delivering transformative change through creating and supporting environmentally and financially sustainable communities and ecosystems.
Job Overview
Princetown is at a turning point. Changes to key buildings, a shifting visitor economy and evolving needs of a small moorland community have created both pressure and opportunity. The Duchy of Cornwall owns a significant proportion of Princetown's commercial property and, as a long-term responsible landowner, has both the means and the obligation to help activate what comes next.
This is a brand new role that needs a self-directed change maker who can bring innovation, warmth and energy to the communities of Princetown. Driving the Duchy's contribution to the regeneration of Princetown coordinating a programme of property-led and place-based activity that serves the interests of the community, tenants and the Duchy alike. The Regeneration Project Manager will work at the intersection of asset management, placemaking and community partnership to have real impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
