We’re now looking for a Regional Account Manager – Electrical Retail to join our Field Sales team, responsible for driving performance across Scotland and the Northern part of England, with an ideal base close to the Scottish border / Cumbria.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Regional Account Manager, you’ll be the commercial lead for your territory and the primary point of contact for a portfolio of independent electrical retail accounts, including some key customers.
You’ll represent AEG and Electrolux in the market, ensuring our brands are supported, visible and effectively sold through our retail partners.
Your key responsibilities include:
Owning the sales volume, value and profitability of all allocated accounts in your region Building strong, long-term relationships with independent electrical retailers through regular face-to-face visits and consultative account management Developing strategic business plans to maximise the full potential of your territory Identifying opportunities to grow distribution, in-store presence and promotional activity Driving and analysing in-store promotions, measuring performance and ROI Delivering training to retail teams to strengthen product knowledge, advocacy and confidence Producing accurate sales forecasts to support stock availability and planning Tracking account performance, profitability and trends, using data to inform decisions Acting as a true Electrolux ambassador, creating a strong feedback loop within the business Maintaining 100% CRM compliance, ensuring all customer activity and data is up to date Managing internal admin efficiently, including orders, reporting and account correspondence

Location & Travel
This is a field-based role covering Scotland and Northern England.
Ideally, you’ll be based in or around Cumbria / close to the Scottish border, enabling effective coverage of the full territory.
You’ll regularly travel within the region and attend quarterly meetings at our Luton office for collaboration, training and business updates.
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who brings strong commercial instincts and a relationship-led approach. You’ll likely have:
Proven experience in B2B account management or field sales, ideally within electrical retail, consumer durables or a related sector Experience managing a remote field territory with multiple accounts Strong commercial and numerical skills, with confidence in forecasting and performance tracking A consultative sales mindset, focused on long-term value creation Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills, including at senior stakeholder level Strong organisation and time management skills, able to balance priorities effectively Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office A proactive, resilient and tenacious attitude with a positive mindset The ability to work independently while contributing strongly to team success
