Regional Account Manager – Foodservice (Chefs / Ex-Chefs considered)

£40-48,000 basic | Lucrative bonus | Company car | Benefits

##The Role

  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, mostly HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Gastropubs, and Pubs)
  • Responsible for visiting branches of HORECA Group Accounts (e.g., Hotel Groups, Restaurant Groups)
  • Drive sales and profitability across a large territory

##Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and retain existing client relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities within the foodservice sector
  • Increase account sales and profitability

##The Person

  • Ideal candidates with:
    • Proven foodservice sales experience
    • Ex-Chefs (Pastry Chefs, Dessert Chefs, or Bakers) with natural sales ability or FMCG background
    • Strong foodservice or hospitality industry knowledge
  • Experience preferred in account management, ideally with a track record of nurturing relationships with independent establishments
  • Ability to groom new business opportunities
  • Previous association with the foodservice manufacturing or wholesale sector is beneficial
  • Based in the North West or West Midlands area
