Regional Account Manager – Foodservice (Chefs / Ex-Chefs considered)

##The Role
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, mostly HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Gastropubs, and Pubs)
- Responsible for visiting branches of HORECA Group Accounts (e.g., Hotel Groups, Restaurant Groups)
- Drive sales and profitability across a large territory

##Key Responsibilities
- Grow and retain existing client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities within the foodservice sector
- Increase account sales and profitability
##The Person
- Ideal candidates with:
- Proven foodservice sales experience
- Ex-Chefs (Pastry Chefs, Dessert Chefs, or Bakers) with natural sales ability or FMCG background
- Strong foodservice or hospitality industry knowledge
- Experience preferred in account management, ideally with a track record of nurturing relationships with independent establishments
- Ability to groom new business opportunities
- Previous association with the foodservice manufacturing or wholesale sector is beneficial
- Based in the North West or West Midlands area
