Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts across:
- HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Gastropubs, Pubs)
- HORECA Group Accounts (multi-branch hotel/restaurant chains)
- Efficient territory management to drive sales and profitability
- Proactively identify new business opportunities

Who You Are & What You Bring
Ideal Candidates
✔ Foodservice sales experience (preferred, though not mandatory) ✔ Open to applications from:
- Pastry Chefs
- Dessert Chefs
- Bakers
- Any chef transitioning to sales (if demonstrating natural sales ability or FMCG sales background) ✔ Foodservice or hospitality sector experience demonstrated ✔ Strong Account Manager track record with:
- Independent hotels, restaurants, pubs (relationship-building)
- New business opportunity spotting
