About Nonacus

We’re an employee-owned company based in Birmingham in our 11th year of helping patients find cancer simply, quickly and accurately.

We research, design and manufacture all products from our Quinton HQ, having supplied over 50 million test kits to dozens of NHS sites, every major UK private healthcare group and exporting to 38 countries worldwide.

We’re looking for talented and driven people to help us achieve our vision of everyone on earth having access to simple, fast and accurate non-invasive cancer testing.

Purpose Statement

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Urology Key Account Manager will lead Trust, Integrated Care Board (ICB) and Cancer Alliance engagement to secure the adoption and funding of GALEAS™ Bladder across new and existing regions.

The role combines market access and clinical sales. You will secure funding – whether on a pilot basis or sustainably commissioned through ICBs – and operationalise adoption by embedding GALEAS Bladder into Trust clinical pathways.

As the primary point of contact for your key accounts, you will build advocacy among clinical, budgetary and commissioning decision-makers, open up new regions, and work closely with the sales and market access teams to convert engagement into funded, embedded adoption.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
