Regional Account Manager – TD SYNNEX (Shyft Global Services)

About the Role

At TD SYNNEX, we’re looking for a customer-focused Regional Account Manager to drive operational excellence and build strong strategic relationships with key customers across Europe.

This isn’t a traditional sales role. Instead, you’ll act as the trusted advisor, escalation point, and operational expert, ensuring our customers receive an exceptional experience while supporting TD SYNNEX’s commitments.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll act as the primary operational contact and trusted advisor for strategic customers, ensuring:

  • Relationship-building & satisfaction: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention, adoption, and high satisfaction.
  • Issue escalation & resolution: Serve as the escalation point for service-related issues, resolving them timely and managing stakeholders effectively.
  • SLA & performance management:
    • Monitor and manage operational performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
    • Analyse service performance data and deliver regular SLA and operational reporting to customers.
  • Customer & internal collaboration:
    • Lead monthly operational reviews and quarterly business review meetings with customers and internal teams.
    • Drive communication between customers and internal functions (e.g., Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Vendor Management) regarding service updates and process improvements.
  • Continuous improvement:
    • Identify operational gaps and implement solutions to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
    • Ensure processes are understood, followed, reviewed, and continuously improved.
    • Support data integrity and contribute to process optimisation.
  • Risk management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks to avoid service disruption.
  • Representation: Professionally represent TD SYNNEX in all customer interactions and internal engagements.

What You’ll Bring

We’re not looking for perfection—we’re looking for someone who:

✅ Owns challenges and builds long-term relationships. ✅ Has experience in:

  • Account Management
  • Customer Success
  • Service Delivery Management
  • Supply Chain Operations
  • Or a similar customer-facing role. ✅ Demonstrates a positive, proactive, and customer-centric approach. ✅ Can constructively challenge processes or decisions when needed. ✅ Has strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills. ✅ Communicates effectively across all organisational levels. ✅ Proven ability to resolve complex customer issues and meet SLAs. ✅ Analytical and problem-solving mindset. ✅ Experience managing SLAs or similar performance metrics. ✅ Ability to work independently while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ✅ Process-driven with a focus on continuous improvement and measurable results. ✅ Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy. ✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Copilot). ✅ Experience with CRM systems; SAP would be beneficial. ✅ Understanding of operational/logistics/supply chain/service delivery processes is highly valuable.
