Regional Activation Lead | 12 Month FTC | London (Hybrid)

Salary: £80-85k (DoE)

I’m working with a leading global media network on a senior Regional Activation Lead opportunity, supporting a major international consumer brand across EMEA markets.

This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for driving regional media activation strategy, leading multi-market teams, and partnering with senior client stakeholders to deliver best-in-class integrated campaigns.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading a large regional team of media specialists across multiple markets and disciplines.
  • Acting as a strategic partner to senior client stakeholders, shaping media strategy and driving best practice.
  • Overseeing integrated media activation across channels including paid social, programmatic, digital and emerging platforms.
  • Driving collaboration between media, data, technology, creative and operations teams.
  • Building relationships with key platform partners and identifying innovation opportunities.
  • Leading regional-to-local campaign delivery, ensuring consistency while allowing for market nuance.
  • Supporting team growth, recruitment and operational improvements.
  • Championing new approaches across AI, automation, creator ecosystems and evolving media formats.

  • Senior media leadership experience within an agency or large in-house media environment.
  • Strong experience across digital media strategy, planning and activation.
  • Proven ability to lead large, multi-market teams and complex stakeholder groups.
  • Comfortable presenting to and influencing senior client audiences.
  • Strong understanding of paid social, programmatic and the wider digital ecosystem.
  • Experience working with major global brands and driving innovation across campaigns.
