A career without limits

As the nation’s flag carrier, we take great pride in connecting Britain with the world and the world with Britain.

It’s something we’ve been doing for over 100 years, ever since we launched the world’s first international scheduled air service between London and Paris.

This originality has been in our blood since day one. It’s the spirit we share with the people that fly with us, our partners, and our colleagues.

So, whether you are a reassuring voice on the end of a phone, a smile at the door, under a wing keeping the turbines spinning or landing us gently in far-flung places, a job at British Airways is yours to make.

We know great things can happen when you’re inspired to think big and bring your ambition to work every day, which is why, at British Airways the sky is never the limit.

The Role

Regional Airports Manager, Eastern Europe

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join the Worldwide Airports Europe Leadership Team as we continue our journey toward building a Better BA. We are looking for a thoughtful, people‑focused operational and strategic leader to drive performance and innovation across our Eastern Europe airport operations.

Based in the UK, this role will work very closely with the Regional General Manager for Northern Europe and collaborate across the wider WWA network to deliver exceptional results across one of our most operationally critical regions.

This is a dynamic and high‑impact leadership role where you will lead a team of British Airways colleagues across Eastern Europe to deliver exceptional safety, operational and customer performance. You will play a critical role in shaping and executing a strategic vision that aligns with departmental and wider business objectives. As part of the leadership team, you’ll be accountable for delivering key safety, operational, customer and cost targets, while identifying innovative ways to optimise performance and resilience across a complex and fast‑moving operation.

You’ll be a forward‑thinking airport operations leader with a strong focus on performance improvement and customer experience. Analytical and data‑driven, you’ll bring strong operational and strategic thinking, people leadership and adaptability.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
