We are seeking a Regional Bank Chef to support our care homes across the region.
- Working days only with the flexibility to choose shifts
- Multiple locations available
- Opportunity to deliver hotel/restaurant standards without split shifts or long hours
- Full autonomy in designing nutritious, flavourful, and well-balanced menus
- Ownership of kitchen operations and team development

Key Responsibilities
- Providing outstanding, high-quality dining experiences
- Ensuring all menus lean towards fresh, seasonal ingredients and nutrition-focused cooking
- Maintaining hospitality standards in line with hotel/restaurant excellence
- Leading a reporting kitchen team while fostering care home standard dining
- Understanding and incorporating the IDDSI framework (training provided for new chefs)
About You: Qualifications & Experience
- A warm, personable, and welcoming approach, with a focus on resident wellbeing
- City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ qualification or equivalent
- Strong hands-on experience using fresh seasonal food with a deep understanding of food nutrition
- Team leadership and front-of-house experience to ensure high dining standards
- HACCP and COSHH compliance knowledge (IDDSI training provided for care newbies)
- Vision for creating a positive, engaging, and high-standard dining environment
