What the Job Involves

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering the highest possible levels of customer service to your defined region.
  • Ensuring the Service Depot operates efficiently and effectively.
  • Attending to customer requirements for all service-related issues on a day-to-day basis, resolving them in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maximising the use of resources available to the Service Centre, balancing your time between Service Technicians and office staff to uphold Bucher Municipal practices and requirements.
  • Ensuring all employees adhere to the Company handbook.

Work Experience Requirements

  • Previous experience in a fast-moving, customer service role at management level, preferably within the motor industry or another customer service environment.
  • A proven ability to prioritise workloads, multitask, work independently, and make confident decisions.
  • Understanding of commercial aspects of running a service centre, including budget control and revenue generation.
  • Good IT literacy with strong knowledge of computer systems.

Desirable Attributes

  • Technical knowledge of vehicle operations.
  • Experience using Microsoft 365.
  • Ability to motivate staff and communicate effectively across all levels.
