The Opportunity
The purpose of this position is to support and deliver regional commercial marketing initiatives for an assigned portfolio, ensuring effective execution of campaigns and plans across markets. The role contributes to performance delivery through strong execution, analysis, and cross-functional coordination, supporting the implementation of global and regional strategies.
What Your Impact Will Be

Campaign Execution & Delivery
- Execute marketing plans by market in collaboration with media and PR teams (toy & franchise).
- Lead day-to-day execution of campaigns and activations across markets or assigned scope.
- Coordinate rollout of campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial priorities.
- Maintain high standards of execution across all channels and touchpoints.
- Identify and resolve execution issues in a timely manner.

Commercial Planning Support
- Support AOP and A&P planning processes through data analysis and market inputs.
- Assist in translating regional direction into market-level plans and execution requirements.
- Contribute to product selection by market and channel, including coordination of exclusives.
- Maintain pricing and assortment discipline in line with global frameworks.
- Drive business performance initiatives across geographies.

Sales Partnership & Marketing Support
- Support Sales and Supply Chain teams with inputs for demand planning and forecast alignment.
- Partner with Sales teams to ensure execution of plans and initiatives.
- Act as a key contact for smaller markets or defined areas of responsibility.
- Support engagement with cross-country retailers as required.
- Coordinate alignment between Commercial, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.

Performance Tracking & Insights
- Track KPIs, including sales performance, sell-through, and promotional effectiveness.
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Consolidate insights on competition, retail, and consumer trends.
- Provide inputs to Global Brand Teams on brand strategy, product development, and marketing plans.
- Recommend tactical actions to optimize results.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 – 5+ years of commercial, brand, trade, or sales strategy experience.
- Experience supporting campaign execution and commercial initiatives.
- Strong execution and delivery capability.
- Analytical thinking and performance tracking discipline.
- Cross-functional collaboration.
- Proactive problem-solving.
- Attention to detail and organization.
What We Offer
- Base Salary: Gross annual salary range of GBP 47,040 – 55,860
- Bonus Scheme: Participation in Mattel Incentive Plan (MIP), target 7.5% of base salary, payout determined by company and individual performance.
- Paid Time Off:
- 25 vacation days (with option to buy up to 5 extra days).
- 2 volunteer days/year.
