About The Role

We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our Vascular Team in UK. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product, marketing, and customer engagement strategies in UK to support our Vascular Product Portfolio (Aortic/Peripheral), ensuring effective product life cycle management & revenue growth in partnership with other key functions in our Sales, Product, and Marketing organization.

This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations within UK.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze local market dynamics, competition, and unmet customer needs to inform regional opportunities and product pipeline
  • Adapt global/regional programs into local marketing and educational strategies; execute tactical marketing activities and plans
  • Train and educate sales teams on using and promoting marketing tools and tactics
  • Build relationships and advocacy with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) at the local level
  • Lead the planning and execution of compliant HCP education programs, managing content and faculty engagement end‑to‑end, translating strategy into high‑quality, non‑promotional medical education
  • Manage local marketing budgets; define and monitor KPIs to measure ROI and effectiveness
  • Support bids and tenders with the Provider Sales & Marketing team; ensure alignment with regional pricing guidelines
  • Develop deep knowledge of the Aortic/Peripheral Product Portfolio; provide product and clinical training to customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Support regional product lifecycle management with local insights and execution
  • Drive local go-to-market plans and launches aligned with regional strategies, considering regulatory, pricing, and market requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years’ proven success in a Product Manager role
  • Solid understanding of the implantable medical device market; vascular market knowledge preferred
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clinical customers, especially Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  • Proven ability to prioritize, plan, influence, and collaborate effectively across functions
  • Skilled in reading and interpreting scientific and clinical publications/data
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities; effective team player
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • High ethical standards and strict adherence to compliance

Desired Qualifications

  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of the Vascular market and products, as well as existing KOL relationships
