Regional Building Surveyor

Current vacancy for a Regional Building Surveyor for an award-winning charity.

A newly created position for a Regional Building Surveyor covering sites across Milton Keynes and Northampton, £54,600pa, plus £3,500 car allowance.

Lead and manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure the delivery of high-quality maintenance services. Train/support and shape your team to develop a high-performance culture across your area of operation. Ensure that incrementally we deliver more repairs ourselves. Assist in the preparation of annual assets and maintenance budgets. Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify contractor compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and industry best practices. Manage contract budgets, review and approve invoices, and ensure cost-effective utilisation of resources across all locations
